Our organization holds a valid Occupational Health and Safety Management System (OHSMS) Certification, issued by Beijing Oriental Vision Certification Center (EACC), an accredited certification body approved by the China National Certification and Accreditation Administration (CNCA). The certificate is valid from July 21, 2017, to July 20, 2026, following successful initial certification and subsequent surveillance audits.
The certified scope covers:
“Manufacturing and sales of resin-bonded abrasive grinding wheels with outer diameters ranging from 125 mm to 350 mm (D), thickness not exceeding 90 mm (T), and maximum operating speed up to 80 m/s (V); as well as the sales of railway maintenance equipment and related components—including all associated occupational health and safety management activities conducted at the organization’s operational premises.”
This certification confirms that our workplace health and safety practices comply with the requirements of GB/T 28001-2011 (China’s national standard equivalent to OHSAS 18001) and align with the principles of ISO 45001:2018, the global benchmark for occupational health and safety management systems.
The certified activities encompass a comprehensive range of operational processes, including:
Raw material handling and mixing in abrasive wheel production;
Hot-pressing, curing, and finishing operations under controlled conditions;
Quality inspection, packaging, and warehousing of finished grinding wheels;
Storage, logistics coordination, and commercial sales of railway maintenance tools and spare parts;
Administrative and support functions within the same facility.
Under this system, we systematically identify, assess, and control occupational health and safety risks such as:
Exposure to dust and noise during manufacturing;
Mechanical hazards from rotating machinery and handling heavy items;
Ergonomic strain in assembly and packaging areas;
Emergency preparedness for fire, chemical spills, or equipment failure.
We maintain documented procedures for hazard elimination, employee training, incident reporting, corrective actions, and continual improvement. All personnel—from production operators to management—are actively engaged in fostering a proactive safety culture.
For international partners, this long-term certification (valid for nearly a decade) demonstrates our sustained commitment to protecting employee well-being, complying with applicable legal and regulatory requirements, and promoting a safe, healthy working environment across all covered operations.
The integration of this OHSMS with our environmental and quality management systems further underscores our holistic approach to responsible and sustainable business conduct in the railway infrastructure supply chain.
