Briefing

A specialized Track Lifting Machine for track lifting and lining operations on railway lines.

Detailed

Overview
The YQJ-250 On-track Hydraulic Rail Lifter is suitable for track lifting operations on various rail types. This machine is equipped with a safe and reliable insulation device that meets track circuit requirements, and comes with travel and off-tracking devices. It features safe and reliable operation, flexible control, and easy maintenance.
Technical Parameters of the YQJ-250 On-track Hydraulic Rail Lifter:
⚪  Power Source: HONDA GX390 Gasoline Engine
⚪  Power: 9.5 kW
⚪  Fuel Consumption Rate: 310 g/kW.h
⚪  Lubricating Oil Capacity: 1.12 L
⚪  Maximum Lifting Force: 125 × 2 kN
⚪  Maximum Single-Stroke Lifting Height: 500 mm
⚪  Working Pressure: 15-16 MPa
⚪  Working Flow Rate: 23 L/min
⚪  Manual Pump Flow Rate: 75 mL per reciprocating cycle
⚪  Overall Dimensions (L × W × H): 1650 mm × 850 mm × 1100 mm
⚪  Unit Weight (including hydraulic oil): 370 kg
Operating Instructions for the Hydraulic Rail Lifter/Line Adjuster
⚪  For Lifting: Place the machine beneath the rail base, ensuring the rail base contacts the lifting wheel and the rail base side contacts the limit stop. (For Line Adjustment: Place the machine beneath the rail base, ensuring the rail side contacts the lining stop.) Then, lower the carrying beam and close the oil return valve.
⚪  Operate the pumping lever to actuate the oil pressure rocker arm. Stop the lifting/lining operation when the piston rod extends to the visible safety warning line.
⚪  Once the desired lifting/lining height is achieved, stop pumping. Press the oil return handle to retract the piston into the cylinder, resetting the working cylinder. The lifting/lining task is now complete.
